When you volunteer at Humanists Australia, you are contributing to an important cause - helping people lead compassionate, ethical and fulfilling lives without religion. As a HA volunteer, you will meet like-minded people, learn new skills and gain valuable experience. Volunteers in ongoing roles are eligible for FREE membership.
Current Opportunities
Fundraising Coordinator
Fundraising is key to HA’s sustainability. We are currently seeking someone with passion and experience in not-for-profit fundraising, or fundraising in general. (Time commitment flexible)
Membership Manager
We need someone with good communication skills to onboard new members and help them with their enquiries. (3 - 7 hours per week)
Publisher - Medium
Humanists Australia has an online magazine published via Medium. If you have skills in online magazine publishing and can help us prepare and publish occasional articles, please be in touch. (2 - 3 hours per week).
Video Editor - YouTube
Do you have experience with YouTube Studio? We need someone to help us trim and publish a few videos per month. (1 - 2 hours per month)

work remotely but we meet weekly for ‘face to face’ (screen to screen!) catch-ups.
